Brigham Construction provides a clear, detailed, professional report for your use in closing real estate transactions or just in keeping your house in good repair. Our reports are based on the Oregon Standards of the Industry and include inspection for Wood Destroying Organisms and Conditions Favoring Wood Destroying Organisms for the house's substructure and below.
- Three day turn around for your report from the time of the inspection. The report will be mailed or faxed to you and your realtor.
- If there are recommended repairs, we provide a bid for the items on the report that can be done by our company.
- If any recommended repairs from our report are completed by us, there is no additional re-inspection fee and you know the job will be done right. We stand behind all of our work!
- Inspection fees can be paid by check on the date of the inspection or on this web site by credit card at the time you schedule the inspection.
- You can pay for repairs through escrow, and we can fax your completion and invoice directly to the escrow company closing your sale.
