Our reports are approved for FHA, VA and conventional loans. If there are recommended repairs, we provide a cost estimate for the items on the report that can be done by our company. Inspection fees can be paid by credit card on this web site at the same time you schedule the inspection or by calling our office any time before the inspection. Repairs can be billed through escrow or paid by credit card by calling our office. If any recommended repairs from our report are completed by us, there is no additional re-inspection fee and you know the job will be done right. We stand behind all of our work! Completions and invoices can be emailed or faxed directly to escrow and your client.
